These terms govern use of the Blush Academy website. If you book training, the separate Course Booking Terms and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy also apply.

1. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes connected with learning about Blush Academy, making enquiries and booking training. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious code, scrape protected course material, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.

2. Website and course information

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current. Course dates, prices, availability, inclusions, accreditation details and training arrangements are those shown on the relevant course page and at checkout at the time of booking. We may correct genuine errors and update website content where necessary.

3. Intellectual property

The Blush Academy name, branding, original website text, photography, course manuals, worksheets, training resources, graphics, videos and teaching materials are owned by Blush Academy or used with permission. They are protected by intellectual-property law.

You may use course materials for your own learning and professional reference. You must not copy, reproduce, upload, share, teach from, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit Blush Academy course materials without prior written permission.

4. User-submitted material

If you send case studies, photographs, documents, reviews or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that doing so does not infringe another person’s rights. Submission for assessment does not give Blush Academy ownership of your original work. Any separate use for marketing requires appropriate permission.

5. External websites

Links to third-party websites, suppliers, insurers, payment providers or social-media services are provided for convenience. Blush Academy does not control their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.

6. Website availability

We may temporarily suspend or restrict website access for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by internet, hosting or third-party outages outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any statutory rights relating to a paid booking.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

8. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights they have under the law applicable to them.
