Blush Academy aims to provide professional, fair and supportive training. If something has gone wrong, we want the opportunity to put it right.
1. Raising a complaint
Please contact us through the Contact page. Include your name, order number if relevant, the course and training date, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Supporting photographs or documents can be included where relevant.
2. Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge a formal complaint within 5 working days.
3. Investigation and response
We will review the booking, communications, course records and any other relevant information. We aim to provide a substantive written response within 20 working days. If the matter is unusually complex and more time is reasonably required, we will explain the reason and keep you updated.
4. Outcomes
Depending on the circumstances, an outcome may include an explanation, correction, additional support, transfer, partial or full refund, or another proportionate remedy. Any remedy will take account of the contract, services already supplied, evidence and applicable consumer rights.
5. Data and confidentiality
Complaint information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is shared only with people who reasonably need it to investigate or resolve the matter, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Further rights
Using this complaints procedure does not remove any statutory rights or prevent you from seeking independent consumer or legal advice. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved, we will provide information about any alternative dispute-resolution route that we are required or willing to use.
